Most Often The Nursing Diagnosis Patient with Miocard Cardiac Infarction in Hospital ICCU Room Doctor Sudarso Hospital Pontianak 2010



ABSTRACT

Background: myocardial infarction heart disease is one disease that has a high mortality rate. Providing comprehensive care and comprehensive can minimize complications and death.

Objectives: To determine the nursing diagnoses that often appear in patients with myocardial infarction in cardiac care at the ICCU Soedarso hospital Pontianak.

Method: This type of non-experimental research is descriptive. Studies conducted in February 2010. The entire study population of patients treated at the ICCU Soedarso hospital pontianak with clinical diagnosis of myocardial infarction heart. Sampling technique is simple random sampling decision. Data from samples that have met the inclusion criteria by using questionnaires.

Results: more frequent in the cardiac patients nursing diagnoses myocardial infarction is decreased cardiac output both as 29 times the rate of 49,15 %, much as 16 times pain 27,11 %, inefficient respiratory pattern up to 6 times 10.16 %, changes in the tissue perfusion 5 times 8,47 %, the activity of intolerance 3 times the rate of 5,08 %.

Conclusion: The diagnosis of nursing frequently appears is the decreased cardiac output.
